avant scene opera

wow. Iapos;m so addicted to eating now. Since i messed up my knee...i just kept eating all the time. And now i cant stop. Every day iapos;m like "ok, iapos;ll do it right today" and BAM�a binge hits me. Iapos;ve gained like 15 pounds in a month. Ok not really...like 10ish. But still...its bad. So now iapos;m getting back with it. As always. Back to restricting i go....

wow iapos;m hungry.
ive had 2 grapes(10 cals? idk), 6 pieces of gum (15) and a vault zero (5)....and im about to have another. Sooo...35 cals. Iapos;ll definitely have something later tonight because i get sooo hungry at nights.
